How does the process work?
Our 5-step evaluation includes behavioral profiling, background validation, skills review, red teaming, and risk scoring—delivering a comprehensive assessment of leadership capability.
The first step involves comprehensive behavioral profiling to understand the leadership & operational styles and tendencies of the executives being evaluated. Next, background validation is conducted to verify the accuracy of the information provided by the individuals. Following this, a skills review assesses the specific competencies and expertise of each candidate which then go through a 'Red Teaming' exercise to identify connections between all the evaluation components, red flags identified and a CapabilityIQ Score produced. The final output consists of an 'insights & recommendations' narrative and correlations report.
